Ata Muhammad Enterprise (A.M.E.) is the parent company of  Ata Group which is the pioneer of automobile spare parts industry in Pakistan.

The company has been in the field of manufacturing Engine valves (Bi-Metallic valves, Chrome plated valves, Induction hardened valves, Nitrided/Tuftrided valves, Phosphated valves, Smooth Rolled valves, and  Stellite (Hard faced valves ) since 1940 with having a proud privilege of being designated American best quality Award in Asia 1991 with a huge facilities of dies, tools and Engine valves machinery, for nearly all the Vehicles/Tractors assembled in Pakistan. The company also possesses a highly modern, well equipped Laboratory for assuring and testing quality and specification of raw materials and finish products.

The company also enjoys the service of  highly qualified engineers and skilled staff who are ever ready to accept the challenges of day to day developments in the engine valve technology and remain engaged in producing exports quality products.

Beside a very strong network in 30 cities all over the country, the company also possesses a very effective mobile distribution system comprising fleet of delivering wagons based in major cities/towns across the whole country, meeting domestic requirements and undertaking the challenges of export to various countries including Australia, Bangladesh, Iran, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, UAE, USA.

Rana Auto Industries (Pvt) Ltd. (RAI) is another important subsidiary of Ata Group which was established to augment the product range of parent company (AME) by manufacturing different type of shafts, pins, shock absorber parts, Gear shift leavers, Tappets, Cam Gear and Cam Follower. The Technology applied in the company has been brought from European System and raw material is imported from renowned companies across the world.

AME is the only ISO 9002  Certified company for engine valve manufacturing  in Pakistan.

Apart of all its Professional Excellence and distinction, ATA Group of industries also has a noteworthy contribution in the social service and welfare works through its social welfare projects which include Ata Memorial Hospital and Mobile Dispensing units.

Mobile Dispensing units of the company are seen remain busy in the provision of free treatment to poor in surrounding villages and industrial undertaking.
