Faizaan Peerzada is an Artist, a Puppeteer, a Puppet maker and a Lighting Director. He started puppetry at a very young age and has worked as professional since 1978. He also trained in Britain with various British Puppet Groups.
He has traveled nationwide with the Rafi Peer Theatre Workshop operating regular theatre performances since 1982. He is a director of the Rafi Peer Theatre Workshop and President of the first, second, third and fourth International Puppet Festivals Pakistan. He is also the artistic director of the Museum of Puppetry Lahore.
Mr. Farooq Qaiser is a famous Writer, Artist and Puppeteer. He has been operating regular puppet performances since a long time on Television. He graduated from NCA and Bucharest university, Romania.
He is the man behind Uncle Sargam, the most popular puppet character in Pakistan. He probably did not realize, when he created Uncle Sargam and many other puppet characters, that the fame, wit and popularity of his puppets would eventually enable him to win the coveted Pride of Performance medal.
Farooq with his darling puppets has been entertaining viewers for more than 20 years. Besides his eagerly awaited weekly puppet show on Pakistan Television, he has staged more than 300 successful puppet shows not only inside the country but also in the Middle East, Germany, Norway and India.
Sadaan Peerzada is a Puppeteer, Stage Performer, Pantomime and Entrepreneur. He started puppetry at a very young age and has been a professional since 1978.
Trained in Britain under some famous puppeteers he is the driving spirit behind the setting up of puppet theatre and the International Puppet, Theatre and Dance Festivals Pakistan.
He is also the controller and producer of programs and financial structure for Peer Group.
Mr. Shoaib-ur-Rehman is a Puppeteer and Performer. He started puppetry as a professional in 1978. He wast trained at PNCA, and in China later on in 1979. Then in 1987 he worked in Poland and later continued work with PNCA. He has made trips abroad for research work on puppetry in England, Germany, Sweden and Norway.
He joined Rafi Peer Theatre Workshop in 1992 and worked in the First International Puppet Festival Pakistan.
