Preparing reminder letters about open overdue invoices.
Responding to dunning-related phone calls and e-mails from both internal and external clients.
Controlling and minimizing the number of open credit notes.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
Completing monthly AR and reserves re-bookings.
Submitting bad-payers to third party / other departments collection vendor.
Managing customer ledgers and should maintain them with one month payment.

PERIODIC DUTIES
Should create Job Cards for up-gradation, downgrading as well as of disconnected customers cases after settling their ledger balances to zero.
Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information.
Provide technical escalation support to operations and engineering teams on network related issues.
Coordinate between customers, sales team and technical support through a formal job card number to manage customer complaints.
Fulfill the role of reporting and credit control in AR & Dunning area for our client.
